What to Expect
A space to slow down, unpack what feels heavy, confusing, or hard to make sense of, and have an honest conversation rooted in faith and real life. Before our session, I’ll intentionally review your intake form so I can come prepared with context around what you’re walking through, allowing our time together to feel intentional and deeply personalized. Whether you’re navigating relationships, fear, overthinking, uncertainty, family tension, spiritual questions, or simply a season that feels hard, my hope is that you leave feeling more grounded, clearer, and less alone in what you’re carrying.
Before your session
You’ll complete a detailed intake form designed to help me understand your story, what you’re walking through, and what feels most important to unpack together. I’ll spend time reviewing your responses beforehand so our session feels grounded, personal, and prepared, allowing us to move beyond surface-level conversation and into what actually matters most to you.
During your session
A private 45-minute conversation centered around what you’re walking through and what feels most important to unpack together. We’ll slow down and explore the questions, emotions, patterns, relationships, fears, faith struggles, or uncertainties that feel hardest to carry right now through a faith-based lens rooted in biblical wisdom, reflection, honest conversation, and grounded guidance. My hope is that you leave feeling more supported, clearer, and less alone in what you’re navigating.
After your session
After we meet, I’ll put together personalized follow-up reflections based on our conversation that may include Scriptures, prayer points, journal prompts, helpful reframes, reflection questions, and grounded next steps tailored to what you’re walking through. You’ll also receive a personal follow-up voice memo reflecting on key themes from our conversation, encouragement for the season you’re in, and anything else I felt was important to leave you with after sitting with what we discussed. To help you feel supported beyond our time together, one follow-up check-in message is also included within 7 days of our session.

Hi, I'm Melissa
After surrendering my life to Christ, I started sharing my faith online and eventually began hosting Bible studies, something I almost didn’t do because of fear, insecurity, and feeling completely inadequate. What I thought would simply be a step of obedience slowly became one of the most meaningful parts of my life. Along the way, I’ve had countless conversations with people walking through heartbreak, overthinking, relationship struggles, fear, uncertainty, spiritual questions, family tension, healing, and seasons that overwhelming feel heavy.I’ve always been deeply fascinated by the intersection of faith, emotional patterns, psychology, human behavior, and what it looks like to walk with God in the middle of messy, confusing, and everyday situations.Over time, I realized so many people were carrying things they didn’t know how to untangle: relationship struggles, fear, family dynamics, disappointment, overthinking, spiritual questions, feeling stuck, or simply trying to make sense of a season that feels heavier than expected. I wanted to create a space that felt thoughtful, personal, and safe: somewhere to bring the things that feel hard to carry, ask honest questions, and be met with compassion, biblical perspective, and encouragement for real life. While I often talk about faith, emotional patterns, psychology, and neuroscience, I’m not a licensed therapist or mental health professional, and these sessions are not therapy. My role is simply to walk alongside you in a genuine, faith-rooted way; offering reflection, perspective, encouragement, and grounded conversation for whatever season you’re navigating.
FAQ
Is this therapy? No. These sessions are not therapy, counseling, crisis support, or mental health treatment. I’m not a licensed therapist or mental health professional. This is a faith-centered space for honest conversation, biblical perspective, emotional reflection, intentional guidance, and support for real life.
What kinds of things can we talk about?Every session is personal and tailored to what you’re walking through. We may talk through relationship struggles, family dynamics, overthinking, insecurity, fear, faith questions, emotional overwhelm, healing from painful experiences, life transitions, purpose, identity, boundaries, spiritual struggles, or simply a season that feels confusing or heavy.
What if I feel nervous? That’s completely okay and very normal. You don’t need to show up with everything figured out or even know exactly what to say. There’s no pressure to have the “right words.” My hope is simply to create a space that feels grounded, comfortable, compassionate, and supportive for whatever season you’re navigating.
How faith-based are sessions?Faith is a natural part of how I see and make sense of life, so biblical perspective will naturally be woven into our conversations. That may look like Scripture, prayer, spiritual encouragement, or simply exploring what God may be teaching, revealing, or inviting you into in the middle of what you’re walking through. At the same time, this is a space for real, honest conversations about the messy, complicated, and human parts of life: without pressure, shame, perfection, or judgment.
